Osteopath (M.Ost)
Valeska Acosta is an osteopath with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, bringing a well-rounded perspective shaped by both her clinical training and her previous role as an administrator within a global union federation in the civil aviation sector. This varied background supports a practical and considered approach to care.
She has a particular interest in chronic pain and women’s general and pelvic health, including menopause, and works with a broad range of patients from teenagers and young adults to men and women of all ages. Her focus is on understanding each individual’s presentation and adapting treatment accordingly.
Valeska takes a collaborative and thoughtful approach, placing value on listening and building a clear understanding of each person’s situation. Drawing on her own life experience as a parent, alongside her clinical knowledge, she brings both perspective and empathy to her work. She is also a keen learner, willing to explore further study where needed, and works with patients to develop tailored treatment plans while sharing knowledge where it is helpful and relevant.
