Sandy Smith

Sandy will be seeing patients at Monday and Thursday evening sessions.

Sandy is a recent graduate of the UCO School of Osteopathy, as part of Health Sciences University and brings a friendly, approachable manner to their clinical practice. With a strong interest in structural osteopathy, Sandy focuses on addressing the body’s biomechanics to help restore movement, function, and overall health.

In addition to hands-on osteopathic techniques, Sandy is trained in dry needling, a useful tool for managing muscular tension and pain. Each treatment is tailored to suit the individual, drawing from a range of approaches to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Sandy particularly enjoys building positive relationships with patients, taking the time to listen and communicate clearly to ensure each person feels heard and supported throughout their treatment journey.

Outside the clinic, Sandy enjoys spending time in the countryside and staying active through cycling, badminton, and running—a lifestyle that informs their understanding of physical performance and injury prevention.

Sandy takes a straightforward, practical approach to osteopathic care, tailoring each treatment to the individual’s needs and supporting them in achieving long-term well-being.
