Julia Pototskaja

Julia is a qualified osteopath from the UCO School of Osteopathy, Health Sciences University, where she graduated with an M.OSt and over 1,000 hours of MSK clinical experience.

Julia is a certified pilates instructor (Matwork & Reformer) with over a decade of experience in movement education, sports massage and manual therapy.

She combines detailed clinical assessment with osteopathic hands-on treatment and tailored rehabilitation exercise programmes to address the root cause of problems and support long-term recovery.

With a background in competitive sports, including show jumping, gymnastics, athletics and water sports, she has personally experienced and managed a wide range of injuries and degenerative issues. This has shaped her understanding of pain and her deep respect for the body’s ability to adapt and heal.

Julia’s aim is not only to relieve symptoms but to help the patient understand their body and feel confident in it. She believes that education removes fear and movement builds confidence, creating the foundation for lasting function, reduced pain and a more active, joyful life.

She enjoys working with patients of all ages, whether addressing acute pain or supporting long-term recovery from chronic conditions.
