It’s World Aids Day on 1 December and to raise funds we will be selling red ribbons for £1, available from the UCO Clinic Reception.
Please do stop by to pick one up and help this very worthy cause! Funds raised will be donated to the National Aids Trust who help to champion the rights of people living with HIV in the UK.
If you want to go one step further, why not sign up to the Red Run taking place on 26 November in Victoria Park? You can opt to do 5K or 10K – just don’t forget to train before hand and warm up first!
Did you also know that the UCO clinic provides free osteopathic care for patients living with HIV through the Blanchard Clinic and Royal Free Hospital? You can find out more about the valuable service these clinics provide here. This service, and our other community clinics for homeless people, older people and children, are only made possible with the generous donations, gifts and legacies of our supporters. If you’d be interested in finding out more about supporting the work of the UCO email fundraising@uco.ac.uk.
